Looking forward to your Created Collections delivery? Here’s how to find the latest update on your order.
Find your order status link
Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from Created Collections and select the link to view your order. Your order status page shows the tracking information available for your shipment.
If your shipping email includes a carrier tracking link, you can also select it to see updates directly from the carrier.
Can’t find your email?
Check your spam or promotions folder for your Created Collections confirmation. If you still need help, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Please don’t send payment details.
Waiting for a tracking update?
Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may not appear immediately. If tracking isn’t available or you have a question about your delivery, we’re here to help.
